DreamzTech Solutions, a leading firm in the Abrasives and Nonmetallic Minerals Manufacturing industry, is seeking a visionary Director HR Research to join our team in Dubai. As the Director HR Research, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies through data-driven research and insights, driving organizational success and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the HR research strategy to support decision-making processes.
- Analyze industry trends and best practices to enhance HR initiatives.
- Implement surveys, focus groups, and data analytics to measure employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key HR challenges.
- Present research findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through research-based strategies.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in HR research, data analysis, and strategy development.
- Strong knowledge of HR metrics, survey methodologies, and statistical tools.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in HR Management or relevant field.
- Certification in HR analytics or data science.
