Apt Resources a prominent recruitment consultancy specializing in the hospitality industry is seeking a talented and experienced Khaleeji Cook for a prestigious position at a Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi. This is an exceptional opportunity to demonstrate your culinary artistry in preparing authentic Khaleeji cuisine for distinguished guests.
As a Khaleeji Cook you will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional dishes ensuring the highest standards of taste and presentation. You will work within a dynamic kitchen team to create outstanding culinary experiences for the royal family and their guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Khaleeji dishes including popular appetizers main courses and desserts.
- Design and curate menus that reflect the preferences and traditions of Khaleeji cuisine.
- Source and select fresh highquality ingredients necessary for the preparation of dishes.
- Maintain an organized and sanitary kitchen environment in adherence to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operational flow.
- Provide innovative ideas for menu development and seasonal offerings.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times while working in a royal setting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Khaleeji Cook or in a similar role in a luxury hotel or highend restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of Khaleeji cuisine including traditional cooking methods and recipes.
- Passionate about culinary excellence and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and effectively handle highpressure situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to upholding high standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work and live onsite at the palace accommodation.
- Must be available in UAE
Benefits
Salary: AED 4000 AED 5000 plus free accommodation food and toiletries.
