At Ballar our signature dining venue at Conrad Dubai we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Waitress to be part of our vibrant Food & Beverage team.
As a Waitress you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing warm timely and attentive service. With your extensive knowledge of our carefully curated menu youll confidently guide our guests through their culinary journey ensuring every moment is nothing short of exceptional.
What will I be doing
As a Waitress you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service in a warm timely and professional manner. You will also demonstrate strong product knowledge and uphold Hilton standards ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless dining experience.
As part of our team you will:
Deliver personalized service with warmth efficiency and professionalism
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the menu offering recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience from welcome to farewell
Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to maintain smooth operations
Uphold Hiltons high standards of hospitality and service at all times

What are we looking for
A Waitressserving Conrad Hotels & Resorts is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Arabic Language will be advantage
- Experience in Food and Beverage
- Previous experience of cash handling
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
- Experience working for a luxury property
