Key Responsibilities
Manage inboxes and respond to routine messages using prepared templates
Schedule meetings send invites and maintain calendars
Prepare and format documents (Word/Google Docs) spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and reports
Maintain organized digital files and update records accurately
Coordinate follow-ups with team members and track task progress
Assist with data entry basic research and operational support tasks
Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly

Strong written English (Arabic is a plus)
Comfortable with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Docs/Sheets/Excel/Outlook)

Previous admin/office support experience
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot etc.)
Basic bookkeeping or invoicing support exposure

Consistent access to a reliable computer internet connection and secure workspace (for remote roles). Expected to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
