Job Title: Estimator

Location: Dubai UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to support our interior fit-out and construction projects. The role involves preparing cost estimates BOQs tender submissions and assisting with budget control while coordinating with vendors subcontractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials labor and equipment.
Assist in tender and bid preparation including supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Support budgeting and cost control by tracking costs and updating cost sheets.
Coordinate with vendors subcontractors and internal teams for timely procurement and approvals.
Review drawings and designs to identify discrepancies and suggest cost-saving solutions.
Maintain accurate project documentation including WIR MIR RFIs and progress reports.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination across all departments and stakeholders.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in estimation quantity surveying or project cost control (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction drawings BOQs and cost estimation techniques.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit / cost software is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 37 years of relevant experience in construction or civil infrastructure. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and project management tools. Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Education:

Bachelors Degree/Diploma in BBA or Business Administration
