Senior Associate/AM - IT - Budget upto AED 10000 (Sports-Retail MANDATORY)

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 end-user support for stores and corporate users

Support retail systems and POS environments (hardware & basic

application support)

Manage and troubleshoot store and office networks (LAN WAN Wi-Fi)

Handle firewalls routers switches and ISP coordination

Support desktops laptops printers scanners and peripherals

Assist with store openings rollouts and upgrades

Coordinate with vendors and ensure SLA adherence

Required Skills & Experience

8-12 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure / End User Support

Strong exposure to Retail IT environments

Good knowledge of networking firewalls POS hardware and desktops

Experience supporting multi-store operations

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
