Accountant Dubai
Location: Dubai

Relocation candidates will not be considered
Are you an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the real estate development or brokerage sector We re looking for a detail-oriented reliable and proactive finance professional to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
What We re Looking For:
Proven experience working with a real estate developer or brokerage firm in Dubai
Strong knowledge of financial reporting VAT compliance bank reconciliation and project costing
Familiar with RERA regulations escrow accounts and real estate transaction processes
Proficient in accounting software (Tally QuickBooks or ERP systems)
Role Highlights:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
Monitor project budgets receivables and payables
Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
Coordinate with auditors banks and internal stakeholders
