General Manager Leading Fitness Brand

Location: Dubai UAE

Salary: AED 15000 basic per month

Bonus: Up to AED 2500 per club per month

Progression: Multi-site role in 912 months (AED 20000 basic AED 6000 per club bonus)

Are you an experienced fitness leader ready to accelerate your career with one of the fastest-growing gym brands in the region This General Manager role is based in Dubai offering exceptional long-term progression into a multi-site leadership position within 912 months.

We welcome candidates already based in Dubai elsewhere in the UAE or those looking to relocate to Dubai for a high-growth career opportunity.

The Role:

As General Manager you will take full ownership of your clubs performance people and member experience. This is a hands-on operational leadership role requiring commercial strength excellent team management and a commitment to delivering outstanding standards every day.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading coaching and developing a high-performing club team.
Driving membership growth retention and commercial performance.
Overseeing all operational excellence and brand standards.
Ensuring compliance safety and exceptional service delivery.
Creating a culture of accountability positivity and continuous improvement.

After 912 months successful General Managers will progress to a multi-site leadership role with an enhanced package of:

AED 20000 basic salary per month
AED 6000 per club per month bonus

This represents one of the strongest development pathways in the UAE fitness industry.

We are open to applicants:

Already based in Dubai
Based elsewhere in the UAE and able to relocate or
International candidates seeking to relocate to Dubai.

You will ideally have:

Experience managing a high-performing fitness club or leisure facility.
Proven commercial delivery and operational excellence.
Strong leadership communication and people-management skills.
The ability to thrive within a fast-paced ambitious and growing organisation.
