We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning Manager - Site to join our team in Dubai United Arab this pivotal role you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of site planning for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery
- Implement and manage project control systems to monitor progress costs and quality
- Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a team of planning professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with clients contractors and consultants to resolve planning-related issues and ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with local regulations environmental standards and safety requirements
- Utilize advanced planning tools and techniques to optimize site logistics and workflow
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify potential bottlenecks or challenges
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in site planning or construction management with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with resource allocation and optimization techniques
- Strong knowledge of risk management budgeting and cost control in large-scale projects
- Excellent understanding of construction industry regulations and best practices
- Demonstrated expertise in site logistics and workflow optimization
- Familiarity with environmental and safety compliance requirements in the construction industry
- Outstanding leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
- Experience working in the Middle East construction industry is a plus
