Requirements
- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and develop a team
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
