Key Responsibilities:
1. Legal Compliance
Ensure adherence to local and international laws concerning transportation labour and safety.
Monitor legislative changes and advise management on legal implications.
2. Corporate & Investment Legal Support
Support company formation governance and structuring including holding entities and subsidiaries.
Draft and review shareholder agreements MOUs and investment documents.
Assist in mergers acquisitions and joint ventures.
Ensure compliance with UAE KSA RSA and USA corporate laws.
3. Contract Management & Commercial Law
Draft review and negotiate commercial contracts to protect the company s interests.
Oversee contract lifecycle milestones renewals and compliance.
Manage IPrelated matters including trademarks and licensing agreements.
4. Regulatory & Compliance
Develop and implement internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
Liaise with external regulatory authorities and support audits.
5. Risk Management & Dispute Resolution
Identify legal risks and suggest preventive strategies.
Provide support in dispute resolution litigation and arbitration.
6. Representation & Advocacy
Represent the company in negotiations industry forums legal proceedings and mediation.
Advocate effectively for the company s legal interests.
7. Legal Advisory
Advise senior management on legal matters affecting business operations.
Interpret laws to ensure company decisions are legally sound.
8. External Counsel Management
Liaise with external lawyers and advisors.
Monitor performance and manage legal service costs.
9. Policy Development
Develop update and implement internal policies in alignment with legal standards.
Ensure ongoing compliance through regular policy reviews.
10. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and accessible legal records contracts and compliance files.
Ensure documentation is auditready and securely stored.
11. QHSE Compliance
Follow all QHSEIMS procedures to uphold legal health safety and environmental standards.
Ensure legal activities align with company environmental protection policies.
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Law (LLB or LLM)
Minimum 5 7 years of legal experience in corporate/commercial law (multijurisdictional preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE KSA RSA and USA corporate laws and business regulations
Experience in corporate structuring contract negotiation and litigation
Excellent legal drafting and advisory skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
