Description

Ontime Group is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our Aesthetic this vital role you will serve as the first point of contact for clients providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience at our clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage incoming calls schedule appointments and maintain the clinics calendar efficiently
  • Provide clients with detailed information about the services and treatments offered
  • Assist clients with the checkin process including completing necessary documentation
  • Ensure the reception area and waiting room are clean and wellorganized
  • Process payments handle billing inquiries and assist with insurance verification
  • Work closely with clinic staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally


Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or similar environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities and a friendly demeanor
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Proficient in using office software and electronic medical record systems
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced atmosphere
  • Professional appearance and a courteous manner
  • Fluency in English; additional languages would be an advantage
