As a Marketing Intern at Stantec you will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in a fastpaced and dynamic global organization. You will work closely with our marketing team to support various projects and initiatives while also learning about the diverse industries we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in building a comprehensive database of project information and case studies
Verify the accuracy and completeness of information in the database by crossreferencing with existing documents and sources.

Collaborate with the marketing team to gather and organize content for the database.

Support the marketing team in maintaining and updating the database regularly.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to other adhoc needs for support.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a university program related to business administration or engineering

Interest in learning about the functioning of the pursuits team for a global organization.

Strong attention to detail and ability to verify information accurately.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
