Description

Ontime Group is hiring a Specialist Anesthesiologist (On Call) to provide highquality anesthetic care in various surgical settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering anesthesia monitoring patients during surgical procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients medical histories and perform preanesthetic assessments
Administer appropriate anesthetic agents in preparation for surgical procedures
Monitor patients vital signs and anesthetic depth during surgery
Manage postanesthesia recovery and address any complications that may arise
Collaborate with surgeons nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Stay updated with advancements in anesthesia practices and protocols
Provide oncall support as needed for emergency surgeries and procedures

Requirements

Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology
Valid DHA license to practice as a Specialist Anesthesiologist
Experience in anesthesiology preferably in the UAE healthcare system
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in highpressure and emergency situations
Flexibility to be available oncall as required
Commitment to maintaining patient safety and interdisciplinary collaboration
