The Role

As the Head of Sales & Purchase (S&P) you will:

Build and manage the S&P desk focusing on the buying and selling of used or secondhand vessels in the secondary market through ship brokering channels

Develop and execute strategies to drive growth of the desk and profitability.

Leverage your extensive network of ships and ship owners to secure new business opportunities and to be aware of potential upcoming vessel sales.

Provide expert guidance on vessel acquisitions sales and recycling.

Collaborate with a talented team of maritime professionals contributing to the companys broader success.

Extensive experience in shipbroking with a proven track record in Sales & Purchase.

A strategic thinker with entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 25 years of broking experience and a solid client base.

Established network and strong relationships with vessel owners
