Intelligent Solutions has partnered with a marketleading Insurance brokerage in search of a Business Analyst for their team in Dubai UAE. We are looking to connect with professionals with a background in Project Management and Business Analytics who will be integral to our clients Business process improvements and Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive business requirements document for the software engineering team.
Work with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Analyze business processes operations and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets. Develop technical specifications and design documents to support software development projects.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the digital transformation.
Monitor and report on the progress of the digital transformation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the software engineering team.
Create test plans and test cases to ensure that technical solutions meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.
Provide support to the development team during the software development lifecycle including providing clarifications troubleshooting issues and reviewing deliverables.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the insurance industry and related regulations.
Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of the new digital systems.
Work with vendors and partners to carry out a gap analysis of integration documents including APIs.
Research and analyze industry trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Ability to identify areas for improving sales and customer experience.
Assist with the design development and testing of new digital systems.
Perform system and data analysis to ensure that technical solutions are scalable maintainable and meet performance requirements.
Participate in project planning and estimation activities including providing input on timelines resource requirements and risk management.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in project management and business analysis.
Excellent problemsolving communication and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of the insurance industry and related regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
Proven work experience as a Business Analyst.
Indepth understanding of software engineering and enterprise IT systems.
Strong knowledge of requirements analysis techniques process flow diagrams and entityrelationship diagrams.
Able to gather and analyze data and requirements and use business knowledge to draw conclusions.
Experience with requirements gathering documenting and analysis tools.
