Intelligent Solutions has partnered with a marketleading Insurance brokerage in search of a Business Analyst for their team in Dubai UAE. We are looking to connect with professionals with a background in Project Management and Business Analytics who will be integral to our clients Business process improvements and Digital Transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive business requirements document for the software engineering team.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Analyze business processes operations and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets. Develop technical specifications and design documents to support software development projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the digital transformation.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the digital transformation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the software engineering team.
- Create test plans and test cases to ensure that technical solutions meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.
- Provide support to the development team during the software development lifecycle including providing clarifications troubleshooting issues and reviewing deliverables.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the insurance industry and related regulations.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of the new digital systems.
- Work with vendors and partners to carry out a gap analysis of integration documents including APIs.
- Research and analyze industry trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to identify areas for improving sales and customer experience.
- Assist with the design development and testing of new digital systems.
- Perform system and data analysis to ensure that technical solutions are scalable maintainable and meet performance requirements.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities including providing input on timelines resource requirements and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and business analysis.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and related regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
- Proven work experience as a Business Analyst.
- Indepth understanding of software engineering and enterprise IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of requirements analysis techniques process flow diagrams and entityrelationship diagrams.
- Able to gather and analyze data and requirements and use business knowledge to draw conclusions.
- Experience with requirements gathering documenting and analysis tools.
