Description

OnTime Group is urgently hiring a DHA Registered Filipino Nurse for Home Care services under the Doctor OnTime this rewarding role you will provide essential nursing care and support to patients in the comfort of their homes. Your contributions will significantly improve the quality of life for patients who require ongoing medical attention and support.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized nursing care to patients in their homes addressing their physical emotional and social needs
Administer medications treatments and therapies as prescribed by the attending physician
Monitor patient health and document changes in their condition accurately
Assist with daily living activities including bathing dressing and meal preparation
Collaborate with physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of services provided and patient progress

Requirements

Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Nursing License
Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent
Filipino nationality with fluency in both English and Filipino
Experience in home care nursing is preferred
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patientfocused approach to care
Able to adapt to different home environments and patient needs
Must be available to start immediately upon selection
