The Role:
This is more than a position its a chance to excel as a skilled and dedicated surgeon. We are looking for a General Surgeon or Colorectal Specialist with a Fellowship or a strong focus on Proctology and Pelvic Floor conditions. Youll engage in advanced diagnostics and minimally invasive surgeries collaborating with a talented team while prioritizing patient wellbeing. Fluency in English is essential with proficiency in Arabic being a highly valued advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excel in Diagnostics: Conduct transformative procedures such as anoscopy highdefinition anoscopy endoanal ultrasound anorectal manometry and rectal balloon sensation testing with precision and care.
• Pioneer Surgical Solutions: Lead minimally invasive interventions including laser treatments for haemorrhoids fissures and fistulas; Transanal Hemorrhoidal Dearterialization (THD); stapled hemorrhoixy; STARR; VAAFT; and EPSiT.
• Deliver Expert Repairs: Perform sphincter repairs and rectovaginal fistula corrections with skill and empathy.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic toptier patient management.
• Uphold Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of care with exceptional bedside manners and a patientfirst mindset.

Qualifications & Attributes:

• A medical degree with a specialisation in General Surgery or Colorectal Surgery.
• Fellowship training or a demonstrated dedication to Proctology and Pelvic Floor disorders.
• Proven proficiency in the listed diagnostic and surgical techniques.
• A positive collaborative approach and a strong teamoriented spirit.
• Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• A valid medical license or eligibility to practice in the UAE.
