Job Summary:
We are looking for an innovative Radio Creative and Integrations Manager to lead the development of engaging content and integrations that drive brand messaging and listener engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creative production campaign creation integration and an understanding of radio programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and produce compelling creative content for radio programs commercials and brand integrations
- Develop and execute strategic campaigns that integrate seamlessly with radio programming and audience preferences
- Collaborate with the sales marketing and programming teams to ensure creative alignment with client objectives
- Coordinate with onair talent and production teams to implement integrated campaigns promotions and sponsorships
- Manage endtoend of branded content ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints
- Track and analyze campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Stay updated on radio trends audience insights and competitor activities to maintain competitive edge
- Work closely with PR Agencies clients and stakeholders to pitch and present creative concepts ideas and integration opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field
- Proven experience in radio production advertising or media management
- Strong creative vision with a solid understanding of storytelling branding and audience engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Arabic is a must
- Driving license is a must
- Strong problemsolving skills and a collaborative approach to work
