Telephone Operator:
First impressions are everything! As a Telephone Operator you will take care of the guests by answering to all the calls in our Royal Service Center.
What you will be doing:
- Greet respond to requests and coordinate with other departments while providing exceptional service
- Royal Service Center is a One Stop Shop and you will be assisting the guests for all room service orders as well as responding to all their queries and requests
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have min. 1 years of experience in similar role for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
- Being Multilingual i.e. Arabic / German/ Russian languages would be a Plus
- Prior experience working with Opera/Micros is Mandatory
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
