Job Title: Pricing Coordinator Customs Freight Forwarding & Project Logistics (UAE & KSA)
Location: Dubai UAE (Jumeirah Bay Tower JLT)

An established logistics firm with nearly five decades of expertise in customs broking freight forwarding project logistics and multimodal transportation is expanding its presence in the UAE and KSA markets. The Dubai branch is a growing hub with a closeknit team of experienced professionals serving key industrial sectors including EPC (Engineering Procurement & Construction) and oil & gas.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pricing Coordinator to lead competitive pricing strategies across customs broking freight forwarding (air ocean and land) project logistics and doortodoor solutions in the UAE and KSA. Experience in securing rates for shipments between the GCC and the USA is highly advantageous. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of pricing and rate negotiations within a growing international business setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop competitive pricing for customs clearance air & ocean freight (FCL/LCL) land transport project logistics and doortodoor services.
• Handle pricing for complex cargo movements including heavy lift OOG breakbulk and specialized project logistics.
• Negotiate rates with shipping lines airlines regional transport providers and customs clearance agents.
• Secure competitive pricing for trade lanes between the UAE/KSA and the USA.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver tailored pricing solutions for tenders and RFQs.
• Monitor market rates and ensure profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
• Manage and update rate databases and pricing reports for UAE and KSA.
• Build strong supplier relationships across transport warehousing and port authorities.
• Provide pricing insights and market intelligence to senior management.
• Track quotation conversion rates and recommend improvements to pricing strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• 35 years of pricing experience in customs broking freight forwarding and project logistics within the UAE (KSA experience is a plus).
• Strong negotiation skills with shipping lines airlines and transport providers.
• Experience with EPC and oil & gas project cargo pricing.
• Knowledge of UAE and KSA customs documentation and trade regulations.
• Familiarity with Incoterms complex RFQs and multimodal logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of balancing profitability and market competitiveness.
• Excellent communication organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple pricing requests.
• Proficiency in Excel and freight management software.
• Collaborative spirit and adaptability to a small growing team environment.
