Apt Resources is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join their clients team for an awardwinning Restaurant. As a Bartender you will be responsible for creating and serving authentic cocktails and drinks ensuring that every customer has a memorable dining experience. If you have a strong knowledge of cocktails wines and spirits and enjoy engaging with customers we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Engage with customers to discuss drink options and make recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Take orders and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant setting.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails wines and spirits.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
