ملخص الوظيفة
Responsible to carry out civil repair works & maintenance of building fabrics roads paths kerbs land compaction etc. achieving the required/assigned targets of the work within the designated area of operations meeting complete satisfaction of Clients & end users.
- Carry out scheduled masonry maintenance works of building fabrics roads paths kerbs land compaction tile grouting works etc.
- Carry out scheduled carpentry maintenance works of building fabrics including doors windows ceilings walls car parks pantry cupboards
- Carry out all types of masonry repair works including wall cracks manholes & sewage pits pumping & valve chambers foundations expansion joints marble repair works tile repair works repair works to textured wall plasters concrete repairs including reinforcement etc.
- Carry out scheduled painting maintenance works of building fabrics including interior/exterior walls ceilings doors windows floors etc
- Carry out all types of new masonry works including foundation works brick works plastering concreting works tiling marble fixing granite works etc.
- Attend 24/7 standby duty as per duty roster
- Carry out land and marine based work within the boundaries of the UAE
- Assist in condition surveys / snagging of masonry works
- Carry out any other appropriate works as assigned time to time
- Comply with companies EHS & Q regulations
Education/Qualifications
- Secondary School Certificate 10th Standard) is a must and Higher Secondary School Certificate 12th Standard) is desirable.
- 6 months Vocational Education in the Relevant Trade OR 1 year/ 2 years ITI is a must.
Skills/ Competencies/ Experience
- 6 months Vocational Education Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- 1 year ITI Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- 2 years ITI Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Reliability Commitment and Flexibility.
- Attention to Detail Service Orientation
- Technical problem Solving.
- Basic communication skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
- Must be in the age group between 25 and 35 years of age.
- Must be physically fit to perform the required job.
