What are we looking for
To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviors skills and values that follow:
- A passion for working with children and creating positive experiences.
- Previous experience in a childcare educational or recreational setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to children and parents alike.
- High energy enthusiasm and creativity when leading activities.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a flexible and positive approach.
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

As a Kids Club Attendant you will be responsible for creating a safe fun and engaging environment for children of all ages. Your passion for working with children enthusiasm and commitment to hospitality will ensure that kids have a memorable time during their stay with us.
What will I be doing
As a Kids Club Attendant you will:
- Welcome children and families to the Kids Club with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Organize and participate in recreational activities such as games crafts storytelling and outdoor sports ensuring they are age-appropriate and engaging.
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times while they are in the Kids Club.
- Maintain a clean organized and inviting space by setting up and tidying activity areas and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians providing updates on their childrens activities and behavior when necessary.
- Handle any incidents or emergencies with care following Hiltons safety and security guidelines.
- Assist with special events birthday parties and other child-focused activities as needed.
- Uphold Hiltons high standards of service ensuring that children and families feel valued and cared for throughout their experience.
