VAM Systems is currently looking for Data Analyst Data Management for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Required Skills & Experience:
- 45 years of proven experience in Data Analysis Data Mapping or Data Documentation roles.
- Strong understanding of data structures metadata and data quality principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI/reporting environments (e.g. Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Ability to translate raw data into structured meaningful and business-ready information.
- Strong analytical organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review analyze and interpret existing data from multiple sources.
- Categorize standardize and centralize data to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data documentation including data dictionaries business definitions and data mapping documents.
- Work closely with the Power BI development team to provide clean structured and contextualized data for dashboards and analytical solutions.
- Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Support data governance initiatives and contribute to building a scalable and well-structured data framework.
