ملخص الوظيفة
Record daily attendance of workers and site staff
Update in/out timings overtime (OT) leave and absences
Prepare and maintain daily manpower deployment sheets
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate daily weekly and monthly manpower reports
Track worker movements between different sites/locations
Maintain ID copies joining forms and site documentation
Liaise with HR site management and project teams
Report manpower shortages or excess to supervisors
Handle worker queries related to attendance and OT
Ensure timely submission of all manpower reports
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Time Keeper in the construction sector
Strong knowledge of attendance management and manpower tracking
Good communication and documentation skills
Basic MS Excel skills (attendance sheets OT calculation)
