QA/QC Manager Al Jurf

Youll be joining the site delivery team of a luxury residential development in Al Jurf part of the contracting arm of a respected developer in Abu Dhabi. The organization operates with the pace and accountability of a start-up backed by strong leadership and a long-term project pipeline.

This role is critical to ensuring that civil and fit-out works are executed to specification with a strong focus on finishes compliance and handover quality.

Your new role

This is a senior site-based QA/QC Manager role focused on hands-on execution rather than policymaking. You will be responsible for ensuring that all civil and fit-out works comply with drawings specifications ITPs and quality standards while actively managing subcontractor quality on site.

The role operates within the QA/QC framework set by head office and requires constant site presence technical authority and decisive follow-up.

What you will own from day one

From day one you will take full ownership of quality execution on site ensuring issues are identified early and resolved before they impact progress or handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing QA/QC plans and procedures for civil and fit-out works
• Conducting site inspections testing and quality checks
• Managing subcontractor quality performance and compliance
• Maintaining accurate QA/QC documentation and records
• Identifying escalating and closing quality issues in real time
• Supporting audits and quality reporting
• Coordinating closely with engineers project managers and site teams

Your day-to-day reality

You will spend most of your time on site inspecting works coordinating with subcontractors and engineers reviewing documentation and resolving quality issues as they arise. The role is highly execution-focused and requires discipline presence and constant follow-up.

What you bring

This role is suited to a senior hands-on QA/QC professional who thrives in site-based construction environments.

Key requirements

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related discipline
• Extensive QA/QC experience in civil and fit-out works
• Strong recent experience on residential projects (villas medium- or high-rise)
• Solid UAE / GCC experience with recent years spent in the UAE
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing ITPs inspections and finishes
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and enforce quality standards
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail
• Fluent professional English; Arabic is an advantage

Exposure to ISO standards handover processes and digital QA/QC documentation tools is considered a plus.
