Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Business Analyst to join our team in the Business Supplies and Equipment industry. This role is pivotal in interpreting and analyzing data to inform strategic business decisions and optimize operational efficiency. As a Business Analyst you will work closely with various stakeholders to gather and document business requirements analyze processes and develop comprehensive reports to aid in decision-making. Your expertise will contribute to improving business performance and ensuring that our operational goals align with the overarching strategic objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business challenges and goals.
- Develop clear and concise documentation including business requirements functional specifications and process flows.
- Analyze data and market trends to provide actionable insights that support business growth.
- Work closely with product managers developers and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new systems and processes to optimize business operations.
- Monitor project progress and help manage scope risks and changes.
- Deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably within the Business Supplies and Equipment industry or a related sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite Visio or similar.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
