As a Coach at Wall Street English you are central to the student learning experience. Youll guide students on their journey helping them stay engaged motivated and on track to reach their goals. You will conduct welcome sessions advising sessions and provide ongoing personalized feedback acting as the bridge between students teachers and the service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students learning through personalized coaching and guidance.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to improve performance.
Build strong relationships to foster trust and motivation.
Promote an all-English learning environment and encourage daily usage.
Conduct welcome sessions advising sessions and progress reviews.
Assist with student bookings and coordinate class schedules.
Act as a brand ambassador by creating a positive engaging center experience.
Requirements
- Education: University degree required.
- Experience: Previous teaching training or coaching experience preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills empathetic and approachable.
- Ability to motivate students and personalize learning strategies.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools.
- Background in education hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
