Senior Associate Landscape

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate - Landscape to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab this role you will lead and contribute to innovative landscape design projects collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create sustainable and visually striking outdoor spaces in urban environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee landscape design concepts for large-scale urban projects
• Collaborate with architects engineers and other professionals to ensure integrated design solutions
• Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively
• Present design concepts and progress to clients and stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the landscape design practice
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in the UAE
• Incorporate sustainable landscape practices and innovative solutions in design projects
• Conduct site analyses and develop detailed planting plans
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications
• Participate in business development activities and proposal writing

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture
• Professional license or certification in Landscape Architecture (e.g. PLA ASLA)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture or related field
• Proven experience with large-scale urban design projects
• Proficiency in landscape design software including AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable landscape practices and urban planning principles
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations
• Expertise in local and regional plant species
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in landscape design solutions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
