We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time UAE-based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.

About the Role: The System Interface Engineer plays a critical coordination role in ensuring the successful integration of all metro subsystems including rolling stock signalling power supply telecom SCADA and track. The role focuses on technical alignment interface documentation and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and Interface Requirements Specifications (IRS)
• Lead coordination meetings between multi-package contractors and engineering disciplines
• Validate integration plans interface data exchanges and interdependencies
• Monitor interface compliance and support system integration testing activities
• Align interface deliverables with project schedule and assurance milestones

Requirements:

• MSc/BSc in Electrical Mechanical Systems or Railway Engineering
• Minimum 15 years experience in interface management for metro or railway systems
• Deep understanding of system integration principles across multiple engineering domains
• Experience in managing interfaces on GCC projects; RTA experience is preferred
• Strong communication stakeholder engagement and systems assurance familiarity
