ملخص الوظيفة
Preparation of Shop Drawings
Produce detailed drawings for HVAC Electrical Plumbing Fire Fighting Drainage and ELV systems.
Prepare coordination drawings ensuring no clashes between MEP and structural/architectural elements.
Develop detailed schematic diagrams and riser diagrams.
Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate closely with MEP Engineers and site teams for design clarifications.
Update drawings based on consultant comments design revisions and site modifications.
Prepare accurate as-built drawings in compliance with authority regulations (DEWA DCD DM ADDC etc.).
Project Support
Assist in quantity take-offs material submittals and BOQs when required.
Attend coordination meetings to resolve drawing conflicts.
Maintain proper logs drawing registers and documentation.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all drawings follow company CAD standards.
Verify system clearances equipment locations and installation practices.
Support project engineers in achieving consultant approvals.
Requirements
Strong AutoCAD drafting skills (MEP-specific).
Knowledge of Revit MEP is a significant advantage.
Good understanding of HVAC Electrical & Plumbing systems.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in drawing preparation.
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
25 years experience as an MEP Draftsman (UAE preferred).
Immediate joiner required.
