Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote appropriate bedding solutions.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of our mattresses and related products.
- Support customers throughout the purchasing process and handle post-sale inquiries.
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
- Contribute positively to team dynamics and assist in training new staff.
Requirements
- Proven 5 years of experience in retail sales preferably within the bedding or furniture industry.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications for sales reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Preferred age: 28 to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Nationality: Egyptian.
- Resides in UAE.
