Description

Ontime Group is seeking a European Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our innovative healthcare team. This role is designed for dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a diverse healthcare environment. As a key member of our nursing staff you will deliver high-quality medical care that emphasizes patient well-being and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments develop and implement individualized care plans and monitor patient progress
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety guidelines
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care assessments and interventions in compliance with healthcare regulations
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing practices and patient outcomes

Requirements

Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
Preferably European nationality with fluency in English
Previous experience in a clinical nursing role ideally in varied healthcare settings
Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a healthcare team
Detail-oriented and organized with strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training
