About The Role

As we continue our global growth were looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our commercial team and play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition.

This is a high-activity fast-paced environment which requires high-volume transactional sales to healthcare professionals across the UAE region. Youll need to be comfortable maintaining a large number of leads and engaging in frequent outbound touch points to achieve revenue targets.

Youll Be Responsible For

  • Driving revenue engagement and new customer acquisition through high-volume outreach
  • Taking ownership of the full 360 sales cycle from prospecting through to close whilst building and maintaining a robust pipeline of individual healthcare professionals
  • Exceeding monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs with the support from your Manager and the wider team
  • Researching preparing and delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
  • Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field

About You

  • Fluency in English language
  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience within sales within the healthcare industry is desired but not required
  • You possess natural communication skills and you are not afraid of telephone virtual and in person acquisition; resilience is key!
  • You thrive working in a fast paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
  • You love tackling difficult challenges with a positive attitude and always strive to find the best solution
