Strategic Partner Management & Growth:
- Develop and implement a structured account management framework to strengthen relationships with key fleet partners across the region
- Oversee fleet partner performance evaluation leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement and refine performance pillars and reward systems
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address fleet partner challenges drive operational excellence and advocate for rider wellbeing through our fleet partners
- Identify and grow key fleet partners to expand regionally owning account management for those that evolve into regional operations
- Establish mechanisms to grow the most valuable fleet partners to ring-fence and increase their loyalty to talabat
Fleet Partner Compliance & Operations:
- Own and drive fleet partner compliance across the region ensuring adherence to contractual operational and regulatory standards
- Support the coordination between Regional Logistics Product and Data Science teams to define build and enhance fleet partner-related logistics products
- Drive automation and process improvements to optimize fleet operations and performance tracking
Analytics & Performance Optimization:
- Provide analytical and expertise support to local teams in their drive to optimize fleet partnerships and enhance the partner value proposition
- Establish and scale communication channels analytics and insights to drive regional performance improvements
- Define and establish a drumbeat structure for managing and tracking fleet partner performance across the region
Team Leadership & Fleet Partners Advocacy:
- Lead the regional fleet partnerships team by setting the vision and roadmap for department
- evolution coaching and guiding the team to bring this vision to life and developing their capabilities and skills
- Advocate and provide visibility of fleet partners role in supporting the ecosystem growing talabat and leading the way in trailblazing the industry; within talabat and with external regulators
Qualifications :

- You are a self-starter and take a high degree of ownership
- Proven experience in fleet partner management logistics or operations
- Proven experience in leading a team and cross-functional leadership
- Ability to mobilize teams collaboratively with no formal authority
- Ability to build and manage strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving abilities high degree of analytical skills and a strategic mindset to drive long-term improvements
- Fluency in English strong preference for a native Arabic speaker
