Role Overview:
NOTE: IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR LANDSCAPING AND POOL COMPANY
As a Quantity Surveyor you will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of our landscaping projects. You will be responsible for cost estimation budgeting procurement and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for landscaping projects including materials labor and equipment.
- Analyse project drawings and specifications to understand scope and requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Liaise with project managers suppliers and clients to ensure financial efficiency.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or related field.
- Experience in landscaping construction or a related industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cost control budgeting and procurement practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimating software.
- Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
