We are supporting our Client to hire a seasoned Social Media Communications professional to lead and manage their digital presence across platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to elevate their brand engage stakeholders and drive measurable impact through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn X/Twitter Instagram YouTube etc.).
Oversee content development editorial calendar and community engagement.
Manage paid promotions and track platform performance with actionable reporting.
Website Management
Maintain and update the corporate website to ensure content accuracy functionality and user experience.
Manage CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress Drupal) and liaise with developers as required.
Enhance SEO performance and uphold UI/UX best practices.
Digital Campaigns
Plan and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns including email marketing newsletters and paid digital media.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative assets define KPIs and assess campaign performance.
Data & Analytics
Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Meta Business Suite Hoot suite Sprinkler) to evaluate digital initiatives.
Produce dashboards and insights reports to guide strategic planning and executive decision-making.
Cross-Channel Integration

Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in digital communications digital marketing or related field within a corporate or agency setting.
Proven track record of managing corporate social media CMS platforms and digital campaigns.
Deep understanding of SEO paid media analytics and content strategy.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
Excellent communication writing and project management skills.
Desirable Skills
Experience in brand development and multi-channel brand campaigns.
Familiarity with creative software and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and compliance.
Technical skills in basic design and multimedia content creation.
