A young and driven consultant specializing who has supported in lean transformation / process optimization / continuous improvement. This role focuses on supporting the Senior Consultants and Directors to assist with operational challenges designing streamlined processes and implementing performance improvement strategies across infrastructure industrial and public sector projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and facilitate process mapping documentation for workshops and value stream analysis
- Supporting the Design and implementation of lean-based process improvements across various sectors
- Assist in conduct current and future state assessments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities
- Support capital project optimization through data-driven diagnostics and stakeholder engagement
- Support the development and application performance management frameworks and KPIs
- Operate in public sector in the Middle East to support transformation initiatives
Qualifications :
Core Competencies:
- Lean Transformation & Value Stream Mapping
- Process Design & Optimization exposure
- Change Management & Transition Planning
- Stakeholder Communication & Engagement
- Agile & Scrum Project Delivery
- Data Analysis & Visualization (Power BI MS Visio Miro)
- Strong ability to churn out high volume of Powerpoint presentation decks.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 1 - 3 years experience working within a consulting environment
- Dubai/UAE Based
- Hungry to learn and grow
- Engineering or technical undergraduate degree
- Certified Agile Scrum Master & APM PMQ
- Strong analytical facilitation and communication skills
- Experience working with Middle East government entities is a strong asset
- Arabic Speaking is preferred but not mandatory
