ملخص الوظيفة
- Supervise and execute civil works (excavation foundations concreting structural and infrastructure) as per project drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities ensuring adherence to safety quality and schedule requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and other disciplines for smooth site operations.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings technical specifications and method statements.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and conduct regular site safety inspections.
- Track progress prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project management.
- Manage materials tools and manpower to ensure efficient site execution.
- Raise and close site technical queries (STQs) and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Liaise with QA/QC and client representatives for inspections and approvals.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned civil works and support commissioning activities if required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of civil construction methods and standards (ACI BS ASTM)
- Experience in oil & gas site execution and coordination (ADNOC experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings
- Understanding of HSE and PTW systems
- Familiar with QA/QC procedures and inspections
- Basic surveying and material testing knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good communication and team coordination skills
