ملخص الوظيفة
- Perform electrical installation and termination of solar PV components: inverters solar panels combiner boxes distribution boards grounding etc.
- Carry out testing troubleshooting and commissioning of solar PV systems.
- Ensure compliance with TAQA/DEWA standards and regulations during site activities.
- Assist in the layout and wiring of AC and DC circuits per the approved designs.
- Support inspections and handovers with utility representatives and consultants.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors to ensure smooth progress.
- Maintain proper documentation of installations testing reports and site logs.
- Ensure safe work practices as per HSE guidelines.
Requirements:
- Valid TAQA or DEWA-approved Electrician license (Mandatory).
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in solar PV system installation (roof-top or ground-mounted).
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
- Knowledge of single-line diagrams AC/DC systems and voltage levels up to 400V.
- Ability to use tools multimeters insulation testers and other testing equipment.
- Understanding of UAE electrical safety codes and solar installation guidelines.
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on utility-scale or commercial/industrial solar projects.
- Previous involvement in projects with TAQA ADDC DEWA or FEWA.
- Basic understanding of inverter settings grid synchronization and O&M protocols.
