Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Private Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by providing tailored financial solutions investment advice and wealth management services. This role requires strong relationship-building skills deep financial knowledge and the ability to deliver exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.

Understand clients financial goals and provide personalized wealth management solutions.

Advise clients on investment products portfolio diversification estate planning and other financial services.

Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide market updates to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams such as investment credit and legal to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and assist in acquiring new clients.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Prepare detailed client reports proposals and presentations.

Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.

Attend networking events and build a strong professional network in the private banking sector.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (CFA CFP) preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking wealth management or relationship management.

Strong knowledge of financial markets investment products and wealth management strategies.

Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of managing and growing high-net-worth client portfolios.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of UAE and international banking regulations.

Fluency in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
