Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to lead our growth efforts in the UAE. You will play a critical role in driving sales for our recruitment outsourcing and consultancy service lines by building relationships with corporate clients understanding their hiring and HR needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospect and engage new business clients in target industries (corporate healthcare professional services etc.).
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote cross-selling and upselling of our services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment operations and consultancy) to ensure client requirements are translated into deliverables.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of business proposals pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
- Represent Skills Hub at industry events conferences and networking forums.
- Monitor market trends competitive landscape and emerging business opportunities.
- Track performance metrics sales pipeline and revenue forecasts; report regularly to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing HR or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales preferably within recruitment HR services or consultancy.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment outsourcing or HR advisory services.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Self-starter result-driven and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
