Job Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and analytical AI Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will design build and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to solve real-world problems using structured and unstructured data. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent systems that drive value and enhance decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement advanced machine learning models and AI algorithms for business problems (e.g. NLP computer vision recommendation systems).
- Analyze large complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI models into production.
- Perform exploratory data analysis feature engineering and data cleaning.
- Continuously monitor and improve model performance.
- Communicate results and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in AI and ML.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science Data Science Machine Learning Mathematics or related field.
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Matplotlib Seaborn Plotly).
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying.
- Solid understanding of statistics probability and optimization techniques.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure).
- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g. Spark Hadoop).
- Publications in peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
- Experience deploying models using MLOps practices and tools like Docker Kubernetes or MLflow.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Eagerness to learn and stay on top of AI/ML trends.
