Job Title: QA/QC Engineer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all products processes and systems meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality inspections reviewing documentation overseeing testing procedures and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role is vital in maintaining high-quality deliverables and ensuring customer satisfaction across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement QA/QC plans procedures and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
Conduct inspections and quality audits for incoming materials in-process production and finished products.
Coordinate and monitor third-party inspections and laboratory testing as required.
Review technical specifications drawings and documentation to ensure compliance with project standards.
Identify non-conformities perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain detailed documentation and quality records as per ISO/ASME/API or relevant standards.
Ensure that construction installation and commissioning activities meet client and regulatory expectations.
Interface with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
Conduct internal quality training and promote awareness across teams.
Prepare and submit QA/QC reports to project managers and client representatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Civil Electrical or relevant Engineering discipline.
Certification in QA/QC ISO 9001 or equivalent is preferred.
NDT Level II (RT UT MPI DPI) optional based on domain.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of quality standards industry codes and regulations (ISO ASME ASTM API etc.).
Proficiency in quality management systems and documentation practices.
Hands-on experience with inspection tools testing equipment and QA software.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
