Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Dubai UAE
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations develop and implement HR strategies and support a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and a passion for team-building and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment onboarding and compliance
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects company values
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and best practices
- Coordinate benefits payroll support and performance management initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 2 years of HR experience preferably in real estate or a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and problem-solving skills
- Passion for team-building and employee engagement
