ملخص الوظيفة
- We are seeking an experienced engineer for our Production Print Solutions division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and understanding finishing machines such as Intec Rowe and other industry-standard equipment.
- Provide technical advice to potential customers on post-printing finishing machines such as cutting binding and packaging machines.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Set up install and configure production print devices at customer sites in line with customer specifications
- Diagnose complex issues related to print quality hardware and software integration and provide effective resolutions.
Qualifications :
- A degree in mechanical engineering business administration marketing or a related field is an added advantage.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of post-printing finishing machines like INTEC and other finishing machines.
- Ability to provide initial technical support and resolve simple machine-related issues.
Additional Information :
Skills & Professional Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office desired.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
