Looking for a BD person for shipping division.

Someone having 2-5 years of UAE experience logistics warehousing land transport and airfreight.

Salary bracket of 5-10K depending on the experience.

Nationality: Indian Pakistani Srilankan

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities in logistics freight forwarding warehousing and transportation services.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and potential clients.
Generate and follow up on sales leads through networking cold calling and client visits.
Prepare and deliver business proposals quotations and presentations.
Negotiate rates contracts and service agreements with clients.
Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update CRM records sales reports and forecasts.
Attend trade shows industry events and networking sessions to promote the companys services.
