Motivate Media Group the regions leading multi-platform content producer is expanding its Abu Dhabi team and looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive commercial growth for Whats On Abu Dhabi the UAEs most trusted lifestyle and entertainment brand.

We are looking for an ambitious proactive and relationship-driven professional who can identify develop and close commercial opportunities across print digital social and event platforms. If you have a strategic mindset strong client networks and a passion for media and lifestyle content this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead advertising and sponsorship sales across Whats On Abu Dhabis multi-platform portfolio.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and manage relationships with key clients agencies and partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across lifestyle hospitality entertainment and tourism sectors.
Create tailored media and content solutions that meet client marketing objectives.
Collaborate closely with editorial marketing and events teams to deliver integrated brand campaigns.
Track performance manage renewals and ensure client satisfaction for long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Prerequisites

5 years of proven success in media sales advertising or business development ideally within lifestyle entertainment or hospitality sectors.
Strong negotiation closing and presentation skills.
Excellent client servicing and relationship management abilities.
Demonstrated experience in developing sales strategies and meeting revenue goals.
Deep understanding of the UAE market and advertising ecosystem.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot and act on new opportunities.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Valid UAE driving license required.

Required Skills:

Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field. Over 3 years of experience in social media sales. Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
