Job Title: Kindergarten Assistant Teacher
Location: Dubai United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities.
Assist in maintaining a positive engaging and safe classroom environment.
Provide one-on-one or small-group support to children as needed.
Help prepare learning materials visual aids and classroom resources.
Monitor and document childrens progress behavior and participation.
Supervise children during playtime lunchtime and field trips.
Communicate effectively with parents staff and school administration.
Promote good hygiene social manners and respect among students.
Assist in classroom organization cleaning and preparation of daily routines.
Participate in school events training sessions and staff meetings as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Education or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 12 years of experience working with young children in a school or nursery setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
Patient caring and creative personality.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
